Your Impact

Cisco CX Engineering is seeking a Software Development Engineer to drive innovation and develop solutions for customer’s most pressing usecase with a focus on incorporating AI and ML.



This role requires deep technical expertise in network automation, full-stack development, and applicable AI use-cases.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications across the full stack (front-end, back-end, and integration layers).
Architect and develop robust systems with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and performance.

AI/ML Integration

Incorporate AI and ML-driven features into product solutions, ensuring real-world applicability and responsible AI practices.

Collaboration & Process

Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality products.
Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and CI/CD pipeline management.

Quality & Security

Conduct thorough code reviews, automated testing, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
