Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic relationships with partners, customers, and vendors within the IT distribution ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and promoting the organization's technology portfolio across assigned territories and customer segments.
The incumbent will work closely with channel partners, system integrators, resellers, enterprise customers,



and internal teams to achieve sales objectives while strengthening the company's market position.

Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned geographies, industries, and customer segments.
Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new customers, partners, and strategic accounts.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
Establish a robust market presence by identifying emerging technology and business opportunities.
Channel & Partner Management
Recruit, develop, and manage channel partners, system integrators, VARs, MSPs, and reseller networks.
Build strong relationships with existing partners to increase business contribution and engagement.
Enable partners through training, joint business planning, and solution positioning.
