Job Description: Inventory & Demand Planner

Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Inventory & Demand Planner to master the balance between supply and demand. In this role, you won’t just count stock—you will optimise it. You will be the strategic link ensuring our FDCs have exactly what they need (neither too much nor too little) by analysing trends, streamlining operations, and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Forecasting & Analytics

Analyse & Predict: Dive deep into historical sales data and emerging market trends to build highly accurate demand forecasts.
Risk Mitigation: Develop and execute proactive strategies to eliminate stockouts and aggressively minimise overstock risk.
