Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Search Engine Optimization Executive based in the Pune Division. The SEO Executive will manage day-to-day SEO activities, including conducting keyword research, optimizing website content and metadata, and improving on-page elements for better search engine rankings. The role involves performing regular SEO audits, identifying technical and content-related issues,



and collaborating with developers and content teams to implement recommendations. The SEO Executive will also plan and execute link-building strategies, monitor website performance and traffic, analyze campaign results using analytics tools, and coordinate with social media marketing efforts to drive organic visibility and lead generation for OneShiksha.
Qualifications
Ability to perform comprehensive Keyword Research and analyze search trends and user intent.
Strong understanding of On-Page SEO, including content optimization, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
Experience in Link Building strategies such as outreach, guest posting, and acquiring high-quality backlinks.
Knowledge of SEO Audits, including technical, content, and structural assessments of websites.
Familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support organic reach and brand visibility.
Proficiency with SEO and analytics
