Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist for outsourcing business (RPO, VA, and Accounting) is a full time, on-site role based in Tallahassee, FL.



This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing targeted email campaigns to promote Akrostech’s outsourcing services to prospective and existing clients, including staffing firms, CPA practices, law firms, and enterprise organizations. Day-to-day activities include building segmented email lists, drafting and designing email content, setting up automated workflows, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals. The specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyze open and click-through rates, optimize subject lines and content, and ensure compliance with data privacy and anti-spam regulations. The role also involves collaborating with marketing colleagues on integrated campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and preparing regular performance reports and insights for leadership.
