This is a call-center based role involving both inbound and outbound calls, where you will guide patients through their surgical journey. The role covers two segments:● High-End Surgeries: Cases like cardiac (bypass), cancer, etc.● Post-Op / OPD Conversions: Follow-ups and converting consultations into surgeries. Key Responsibilities:● Patient Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, guiding patients through their treatment journey with clear and empathetic communication.● Consultation Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, diagnostics, and hospital visits with doctors and facilities under Narayana Health.● Medical Case Handling: Understand patient requirements and align them with the appropriate department, doctor,



or treatment plan.● Pre & Post-Surgery Support: Assist with pre-surgery preparations and ensure timely post-operative follow-ups and care coordination.● Inbound & Outbound Calls: Manage patient interactions for follow-ups, updates, and overall case coordination.● CRM & Coordination: Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with hospital teams and internal stakeholders for seamless case management.
