Job description:
Digital Commerce Platforms & Omnichannel Operations
Develop, maintain, and optimize Hercules' WordPress websites, Shopify stores, and other digital sales channels.
Ensure digital commerce platforms are secure, reliable, responsive, accessible, and high performing.
Manage website functionality, themes, plugins, applications, platform updates, and technical troubleshooting; coordinate with third-party vendors when needed.
Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront,



eBay presence, and future online marketplaces.
Develop and maintain integrations between Shopify, NetSuite, eBay, and other business applications.
Configure reliable synchronization of products, inventory, pricing, customer information, and orders across sales channels.
Support expansion into new marketplaces, B2B commerce platforms, customer portals, and future digital sales channels.
Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements that simplify the buying process and enhance the customer experience.

ERP Integration & Business Process Automation
Develop and maintain integrations among Shopify, WordPress, NetSuite, marketplaces, and other business systems.
Automate the synchronization of product, inventory, pricing, customer, and order data.
Design workflows that reduce manual data entry, eliminate duplicate work, and improve operational accuracy.
Support automation of purchasing, fulfillment
