You Are
UST is searching for a Lead AI Developer who will build intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, Python, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, integrating enterprise data sources, APIs, and external tools to automate complex business processes.
The Prospect
Design,
develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI applications on AWS, leveraging services such as Amazon Bedrock and cloud-native architectures to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
Develop, test, and optimize LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, context management, orchestration logic, memory frameworks, and agent-tool interactions to improve accuracy, performance, and user experience.
Collaborate with architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams to implement secure, scalable, and observable AI solutions following software engineering best practices, CI/CD standards, and enterprise governance requirements.

What You Need
