Role Description The Floor Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandra, responsible for overseeing daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience. This role includes supervising front-of-house team members, assigning and monitoring duties, and maintaining service standards throughout shifts. The Floor Supervisor responds to guest inquiries, resolves issues promptly, and supports sales initiatives on the floor. Additional responsibilities include coordinating staff breaks, assisting with training and coaching team members,



monitoring inventory and presentation on the floor, and collaborating with management to implement operational improvements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Candidates should possess Training and Coaching skills to guide, develop, and support floor staff.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to promote offerings, drive revenue, and meet sales targets on the floor.
Experience in hospitality, retail, or a customer-facing supervisory role is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and floor operations procedures is an advantage.
