This role will be responsible for development, maintenance, and execution of manual / automation / performance scripts for Contact Centre applications.

Primary Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI
Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks and drive continuous improvement
Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation




Own end-to-end quality strategy, test planning, execution, and release readiness for BOT and enterprise applications
Build and implement AI-driven QA tools to improve test creation, defect analysis, and productivity
Lead automation framework development and increase test coverage through scalable and maintainable solutions
Develop and review code using programming languages to support testing, automation, and quality engineering initiatives
Drive deployment validation, production readiness assessments, and post-release quality monitoring activities
Mentor, guide, and manage QA team members while promoting technical excellence and continuous learning
Collaborate with developers, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
Establish QA standards, governance practices, metrics, and continuous improvement processes across projects
