We are seeking a G29-level product leader to own strategy, execution, and operational excellence for AI-enabled healthcare products that improve provider discovery, care navigation, member decisioning, and stakeholder trust. This role will translate ambiguous business opportunities into measurable product outcomes, lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, data science, operations, clinical, compliance, and business partners, and ensure solutions are explainable, scalable, auditable,



and aligned to enterprise priorities.

The ideal candidate combines solid product judgment, technical depth, AI fluency, healthcare domain understanding, and executive communication. They will manage complex trade-offs across speed, quality, risk, regulatory expectations, member experience, and measurable business value.

What This Role Will Own

Product vision, roadmap, and value narrative for one or more strategic product capabilities, platforms, or experience areas
Problem of discovery, chance sizing, prioritization, requirements definition, acceptance criteria, and release readiness for complex initiatives
