Role Description

We are looking for a Career Recruiter to identify, engage, guide, and recruit healthcare professionals interested in international career opportunities, particularly in the GCC region.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with candidates,



understanding their qualifications and career goals, explaining suitable career and licensing pathways, and converting qualified prospects into recruitment opportunities.

This is a high-volume, target-driven role requiring excellent communication, multitasking, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities

* Engage with healthcare professionals and understand their qualifications, experience, and career goals.
* Identify and assess suitable candidates for international healthcare opportunities.
* Guide candidates on career opportunities, licensing pathways, eligibility, and required documentation.
* Conduct candidate follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
* Manage a high volume of candidate inquiries and recruitment activities.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and update internal systems/CRM.
