Our team in Hyderabad, India is currently looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.





Key Responsibilities

Review, verify, code, and process vendor invoices.
Match invoices to purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation.
Enter invoices and transactions accurately into the accounting system.
Prepare and process vendor payments, including cheques, EFTs, and other payment methods.
Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies.
Respond to vendor inquiries and work with internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues.
Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.
Assist with employee expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
Support month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations and accruals.
Assist with maintaining vendor information and documentation.
Ensure invoices and payments comply with company policies and approval procedures.
Provide supporting documentation for audits and other Finance requirements.
