JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Specialist to handle customer calls and messages, understand travel requirements, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Previous experience in telesales/telecalling is mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Attend incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Understand customer requirements including destination, dates, number of guests, and property preferences.
Recommend suitable homestays/villas based on customer requirements.
Follow up with interested and pending leads.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Handle customer questions regarding properties, booking process, and stay details.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations team when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the booking journey.





MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in telesales/telecalling is a must.
Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and WhatsApp messages.
Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work towards sales targets and follow-up consistently.
Experience in travel, hospitality, hotels, homestays, or vacation rentals will be an added advantage.
