Role Description The Inside Sales Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for developing and delivering training programs for the inside sales team. Day-to-day activities include conducting onboarding and ongoing skills training, creating sales playbooks and scripts, and coaching team members on product knowledge, customer engagement, and closing techniques. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, identifying skill gaps, and designing targeted interventions to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.



The Inside Sales Trainer will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer support to ensure training content aligns with ELUNO’s brand, processes, and business goals.
Qualifications
Experience in inside sales training, sales coaching, and performance improvement in a fast-paced setting.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and facilitation to effectively train and motivate diverse sales teams.
Ability to develop structured training materials, including sales scripts, playbooks, and learning modules.
Comfort with using CRM and sales enablement tools to track performance and inform training needs.
Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose actionable training solutions.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training programs and deadlines.
Prior experience in retail, eyewear, fashion, or consumer products is an advantage.
