- 5+ years of strong ETL Testing / ETL QA experience.
- Good understanding of Amazon Glue, Lakehouse and AWS services.
- Strong understanding of Data Models and ability to validate data.
- Experience validating Trade Processing, Cash Flows and Holdings Flow.
- Strong SQL and Data Analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with QA and non-QA teams.
- Robust understanding of ETL testing processes and data validation.
- Nice to Have: Knowledge of Eagle Product and Starburst.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week from the TIAA office.
- Shortlisted candidates need to be routed through the client-approved vendor.
