- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on consulting experience.
- Experience working on actual SAP HR/PY projects, preferably involving AU Payroll.
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules.
- Mandatory experience in SuccessFactors Rewards.
- Previous experience with integration between SAP and other systems, including cloud and on-premise systems.
- Ability to provide solutions for technical issues and challenges.
- Experience preparing quality project artefacts/deliverables, including:
- Detailed Design
- UT Test Cases
- ST Test Cases
- Run Sheets
- Backout Plans
- Experience playing a lead role in supporting:
- SIT
- UAT
- BVT
- Change Requests
- Experience in IT Service Management, including risk management.
- Solid stakeholder management and consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Rewards.
