About the Role

We are looking for an AI-first Senior Product Manager who combines exceptional product thinking,

customer empathy, UX sensibility, and execution excellence with a strong understanding of modern AI

capabilities.

You will own high-impact consumer journeys across UPI payments, onboarding, mandates,

and engagement, while identifying opportunities where AI can simplify experiences, automate

workflows, and solve customer problems at scale.

You will work closely with Engineering, AI/Data Science, Design, Analytics, Risk, Operations, and

Business teams to build products that are intuitive, reliable, and loved by customers.

Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer-facing UPI experiences. /span /div div span . Own critical customer journeys across UPI onboarding, payments, mandates, payment management, and engagement. /span /div div span . Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI and AI Agents to simplify customer journeys, improve payment success, and automate internal workflows. . Design AI-powered experiences such as intelligent assistants, conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, and workflow automation. /span /div div span . Partner with Design to build simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences. .Translate customer pain points into product opportunities backed by user research and data. /span /div div span . Prioritize the roadmap using customer impact, business value, engineering effort, and regulatory requirements. /span /div div span . Write high-quality PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and launch plans. /span /div div span . Drive rapid experimentation through A/B testing and data-driven decision making. /span /div div span . Analyze user funnels, behavioral insights, and product metrics to continuously improve customer experience. /span /div div span .



Work closely with Engineering throughout design, development, rollout, monitoring, and iteration. /span /div div span . Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Customer Support, and Business teams to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant payment experiences. /span /div div br/ /div div b What We are Looking For /b /div div br/ /div div b Must Have /b /div div br/ /div div span . 4+ years of Product Management experience building consumer-facing digital products. /span /div div span . Experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, UPI, or AI-powered consumer products. /span /div div span . Strong product thinking with exceptional customer empathy and user experience focus. /span /div div span . Demonstrated experience using Generative AI to improve product discovery, execution, documentation, analysis, or customer experience. /span /div div span . Hands-on experience designing or implementing AI-assisted workflows, copilots, or agentic product experiences is highly desirable. /span /div div span . Ability to write clear and structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. /span /div div span . Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics, customer insights, and experimentation to drive decisions. /span /div div span . Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and AI/Data Science teams. /span /div div span . Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills. /span /div div span . Designing AI-native customer experiences, copilots, or conversational interfaces. /span /div div span . Evaluating AI solutions with a focus on customer value, safety, scalability, and measurable business outcomes. /span /div div span . Experience with tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, MCP-based tools,or similar AI platforms will be an added advantage. /span /div div br/ /div div b Preferred Experience /b /div div br/ /div div span . Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred. /span /div div span . UPI Payments (P2P, P2M, Scan & Pay, Intent, AutoPay, Mandates) /span /div div span .
