Job Description
Own end to end collection performance for the area
• Manage, monitor, and drive performance of Agency Managers and agencies
• Achieve monthly collection, resolution, and rollback targets
• Monitor bucket wise delinquency (DPD, flow rates, NPA movement)
• Control slippages and improve collection efficiency
• Ensure agencies adhere to bank SOPs, RBI guidelines, and FPC
• Conduct field visits, audits, and compliance checks
• Handle escalations, sensitive customers, and complaint resolution
• Coordinate with Credit, Ops, and Legal teams for recovery actions
• Review MIS and share risks, gaps, and action plans
