Role Description The Demi Chef De Partie is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the assigned kitchen section. The role includes preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to hotel standards, assisting the Chef De Partie and Sous Chef in daily operations, and maintaining high levels of food quality and hygiene. The Demi Chef De Partie helps with mise en place, monitors stock and ingredient freshness, and follows standard recipes and portion controls.



The role also involves collaborating with kitchen colleagues, adhering to food safety regulations, and supporting training of junior team members when required.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong basic culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating.
