About the Role
We are setting up an Agile Center of Excellence (COE) spanning our Marketing and
Inside Sales functions, and are looking for a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead to
anchor it. You will bring agile and scrum ways of working — proven in project
and program delivery — into a marketing and demand-generation context: campaign
activation pods and inside sales teams operating in sprints with explicit backlogs,
velocity, and outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will design the COE's agile operating
model, stand up and coach multiple pods/squads, institutionalize best practices,
and act as the bridge between marketing leadership, inside sales leadership, and
global stakeholders.
