Role Description This is a part-time, in office Volunteer role based in Kolkata. Volunteers support the planning and delivery of social and educational programs, including organizing workshops, community sessions, and small group activities. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in curriculum preparation, helping facilitate discussions, providing logistical support during events, and engaging with participants to ensure a welcoming and respectful environment. Volunteers may also help with basic documentation, outreach, and coordination with other team members to maintain smooth operations. The role is suitable for individuals who are motivated by community service and committed to the organization’s educational and social mission.
Qualifications




Interest in social work, education, or community development, with a genuine commitment to promoting knowledge, critical thinking, and ethical awareness.

Organizational and time management abilities to support event planning, coordinate activities, and handle multiple responsibilities in a structured manner.
