nWeare seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a busy executive/professional. NAs a Personal Assistant, you will serve as a key partner, managing both professional and personal responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and allow the executive to focus on high-level priorities.
NKey Responsibilities
n- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate across multiple time zones
N- Handle travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, itineraries, visas) and prepare detailed travel packs
N- Manage email correspondence, prioritize inbox items,

N- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events
N- Assist with personal tasks including household management, family scheduling, errands, and special projects
N- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
N- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
N- Track expenses, manage budgets for projects or travel, and prepare reports

NRequirements & Qualifications
N- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role
N- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
