NAbout the Role:
NMedworks is looking for an experienced Country Manager – Spine and Orthopedics to lead our Spine business across India and UAE, with a robust focus on advanced technologies including RF Plasma (Coablation), UBE (Unilateral Biportal Endoscopy), and other spine surgery platforms utilizing plasma probe technology. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands the clinical and commercial side of spine surgery, and who can build a market from the ground up while developing a team to sustain long-term growth
NKey Responsibilities

- Lead and grow the Spine& Orthopedics business across India, with direct ownership of market development for RF Plasma, UBE, and related spine surgery technologies N
- Develop and establish the Spine market in UAE,



building clinical relationships and commercial presence from the ground up N
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing regional sales and clinical support team N
- Manage and strengthen distributor relationships across North, West, and East India N
- Build and execute go-to-market strategy for spine technologies, including surgeon training, KOL development, and hospital onboarding N
- Drive revenue growth and market share across both territories. N
- Collaborate with globaltechnology partners on product positioning, pricing, and training support Represent the company at key medical conferences, surgeon workshops, and industry events. N
