Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients in the media and entertainment sector. This role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal production and creative teams,



and ensuring smooth project execution from initial brief to final delivery. The Client Relationship Manager will handle client communications, schedule and attend meetings, present proposals, and provide regular updates on project status and performance. Daily activities include resolving client issues, gathering feedback, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role also includes collaborating with the business development team on new leads, contributing to client retention strategies, and representing the company in a professional and service-oriented manner.
