NThe ideal candidate should have proven sales experience in the High-end AV Products & AV system integration, Home- Theatre, or Home Automation, with strong contacts in dealer networks, project consultants, or end-users.

- Develop sales andmarketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. N
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance. N
- Cultivate strong relationships with dealers, system integrators, AV consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, high-net-worth clients /notable professionals/high profile individuals. N
- Conduct market researchto understand competitors and market trends. N
- Identify current market potential and regions. N
- Oversee in-store eventsand promotions. N
- Collaborate with marketing for effective promotional strategies. N
- Lead negotiations for high-ticket AV projects/ sales to dealer, collaborating closely with B2B and B2C consumers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. N




- Exhibit finesse and acumen in closing significant sales, contributing to revenue growth and market dominance. N
- Provide exemplary customer service, addressing clients needs, and ensuring lasting satisfaction and loyalty. N

- Bachelors or masters degree in business, Marketing, or related field or BE/B.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical, Instrumentation. N
- Demonstrable success inSales, Marketing, and Business Development, preferably within the Premium Audio/Video System Integration Solutions, Home Automation, or related industries. N
- Fluent in Communication N
- Aggressive, autonomous,assertive, creative, and customer-driven N
- Creativity and an ability to bring new products to market. N
- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills. N
- High flexibility.n
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a captivating presence, well-suited for engaging with high-profile clients
