Job Summary

We are looking for a highly qualified Commissions Analyst II as a key member of the Finance and Accounting team. This role requires a person who is detail-oriented, performs at a high level of accuracy and efficiency, is well organized,



and demonstrates ownership and initiative to accomplish goals. This position requires an energetic team player who is eager to learn, contribute to the team and has a strong desire to exceed expectations and improve processes through automation. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, possess very positive problem-solving skills and is a process-oriented individual who is also flexible and thrives in a demanding high growth environment. The Commissions Analyst II will lead/participate in system and process improvements, as they relate to commissions.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with multiple departments including Sales, Finance & Accounting, and People and Culture to develop and continuously improve processes needed to support the commission and bonus processes.
Provide support during Sales’ annual commission planning process including scenario modeling, data analysis, etc.
