Role Description The Current Product Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying new product opportunities in the FMCG space, conducting market and consumer research, and supporting the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, supply chain, and quality to define product specifications, ensure regulatory and compliance standards, and coordinate timely execution of projects. The specialist will analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and performance data to refine product portfolios and propose improvements. The role also involves preparing documentation, presenting product proposals to stakeholders, working closely with external partners and suppliers, and ensuring that new products align with brand positioning and business objectives.
