About the Company

Client is looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with a strong HR (HCM) background for an immediate C2C requirement based at the client location in Bhopal.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development along with good functional/technical exposure to SAP HR/HCM processes. The candidate will be responsible for development, customization, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support activities.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs based on business requirements.
Work on ABAP development and customization within the SAP HR/HCM environment.
Understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and other ABAP objects.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing SAP applications.
Support integration and data exchange requirements involving SAP HCM.
Perform debugging, code analysis, performance optimization, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with functional consultants,



business users, and technical teams.
Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Maintain technical documentation for developments and enhancements.
Ensure development follows SAP coding standards and best practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP ABAP development.
Good working experience/background in SAP HR/HCM.
Robust understanding of ABAP development and debugging.
Experience in developing and maintaining SAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Willingness to work onsite from the client location in Bhopal.
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are highly preferred.
