About the Role

BrightCHAMPS is hiring motivated and ambitious candidates for the role of Business Development Executive in our International Sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in sales and experienced professionals looking to grow in Business Development, Inside Sales, or International Sales.

In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable learning programs through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with company-generated leads and engage with prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
• Conduct virtual counselling sessions and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads and build strong customer relationships.




• Drive enrollments and achieve individual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in Sales.
• Experienced candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, International Sales, B2C Sales, EdTech Sales, or other customer-facing sales roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
