Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant, based in Delhi, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, including creating personalized travel itineraries, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries,



and resolving travel-related issues to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Travel Consulting and expertise in Travel Management
Experience in organizing Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with booking systems and industry-standard travel tools
Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
Knowledge of India's travel destinations and cultural attractions is an advantage
Previous experience in travel agencies or the tourism industry is preferred
