Role Description The Estimator cum Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Factory-based – Greater Noida Plant (EPIP, Site V). This is not hybrid or remote This role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for LT Panels for various projects, preparing BOQs and cost sheets analysing technical drawings,SLDs, GA drawings, and tender specifications, covering switchgear components, busbar (Al/Cu),



sheet steel, wiring, labour, and testing; obtaining and negotiating vendor quotes for bought-out items.
Coordinating with engineering and project teams to validate quantity take-offs and pricing. The Estimator cum Purchase Executive will source and evaluate vendors, request and compare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and issue purchase orders in line with project requirements and budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining updated pricing databases, tracking material delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting documentation for audits and reporting. The role also requires regular interaction with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics teams to ensure timely procurement and smooth project execution.
Qualifications
A diploma or degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant
