Mandatory SKills- Open Text PPM & Shell Scripting (Bash / Ksh)
Key Responsibilities
Platform Configuration:
Configure and optimize core PPM modules including Demand Management, Time Management, Resource Management, and Financial Management. [
Customization & Development: Design and develop custom workflows, portlets, dashboards, and reports to meet enterprise governance needs.
System Integration: Build and maintain integration solutions connecting OpenText PPM with external enterprise systems (such as Jira or Workday) using APIs and web services.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Perform system upgrades, patch management, performance tuning, and routine troubleshooting.
User Support: Provide L3 technical support, resolve system defects, and assist internal teams with best-practice adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
OS and Infrastructure - Linux/Unix or Windows server administration (whichever the Kintana server runs on)
Basic networking (ports, firewalls, DNS, load balancers)
Handling services/daemons, log files, file systems
Database -Oracle/SQL Se
