Key Responsibilities

Identify and explore new business opportunities in the domains we offer, focusing on US, UK, and Australian markets.
Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest in our services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
Serve as a liaison between clients and the team, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Drive new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating contractual obligations into business operations.

Skills And Qualifications

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B or IT services industry.
Robust negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for lead tracking and sales reporting.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.
