Role Description The Real Estate Sales Manager will lead and manage real estate sales activities for Social Connect’s property-related initiatives and clients. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area,



requiring close collaboration with local stakeholders, developers, and buyers. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales teams, setting and tracking sales targets, guiding clients through property transactions, and ensuring excellent customer experiences from initial inquiry to closing. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, conducting property presentations and site visits, managing lead pipelines, and coordinating with marketing teams to optimize campaigns and listings. The Real Estate Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, maintain accurate sales reports and documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
