Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Business Development Associate role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The associate will identify and qualify prospects, generate leads through outbound and inbound channels, and conduct engaging sales conversations with parents and guardians.



Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, giving product demonstrations, handling objections, and driving conversions to meet and exceed revenue targets. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to optimize campaigns, refine messaging, and provide feedback on customer insights. The associate will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up with leads promptly, and contribute to improving sales processes and customer experience.
