In order to support our constant growth, we are looking for an inspiring and passionate profile who will join the EMEA & INDIA Sales Business Administration team and become an expert of our ordering system.

You will operate in a complex and international workplace, within a multicultural team of 50 people spread across France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and India. Your community is at the heart of a diverse ecosystem that includes all other Business Administration functions of the Group (legal, pricing, revenue recognition, credit, export control, etc.), our internal and external clients, partners, as well as counterparts based in America and Asia.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

Within the Sales Business Administration organization, you will be in charge of approving our software orders, support our customers & partners, managing the customer database,



and deploying our On-Premise and Cloud solutions for the EMEA & INDIA Platform (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India).
As such, your main missions will be:
Support for business activities: Supporting sales teams and partners through service requests proposing solutions and securing monthly closings.
Internal control: Guarantee the integrity of the customer database, compliance with sales processes and customer contracts, and ensure right first time delivery of our products (keys, media & cloud access).
Management of operational projects: Analyze business issues, propose resolution plans and execute them.
Management of operational flow: Support Geo - Localization and follow the sun operating models while developing automation and delegation to our shared services center for transaction processing.
