Role Description The Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules for ongoing commercial and residential construction projects. This full-time, on-site role, based in Mangaluru, involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, procurement teams,



and subcontractors to ensure timelines are realistic and aligned with project milestones. Daily tasks include preparing and revising detailed schedules, tracking progress against baseline plans, identifying delays or risks, and recommending corrective actions. The role also requires maintaining documentation, generating periodic reports for management, and supporting resource planning and allocation. The Project Scheduler will help improve overall project efficiency by ensuring clear communication of timelines and dependencies to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess minimum 5 years of experience in strong project scheduling and planning skills, including experience with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software.
