To check & take self attested documents for personnel file

Certificate if class X & XII

MBBS/BHMS Completion Cenificate

State Registration Certificate

Relieving letter from present employer

3 passport size photographs

Copy of Voter ID card, PAN cand and Address proof.

ESI & PF form

Joining Formalities





Workstation Arrangement, Telephone Mobile, Email id as & when required.
