Role Description The Franchise Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential franchise partners, managing the end-to-end franchise sales process, and supporting new franchisees through onboarding. The Franchise Development Manager will develop business plans, conduct market research, and collaborate with leadership to expand Car Affair’s franchise network. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, presenting the franchise model, negotiating agreements,



and coordinating training and ongoing support for franchise partners. The role requires close collaboration with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure franchise performance and brand consistency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with experience managing the full franchise development cycle.
Strong skills in Business Planning, including market analysis, financial projections, and growth strategy development.
Experience in Lead Generation, prospecting, and pipeline management for franchise or business expansion.
Ability to design and deliver Training programs for new and existing franchise partners.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in the automotive services or retail sector is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
