About Mave Health
Mave Health is building the future of cognitive performance. We make a tDCS wearable headset that targets the prefrontal cortex to improve focus, stress regulation, and mental performance in 20 minutes a day. We're a $2.8Mn funded, rapid-moving team working at the frontier of consumer neurotechnology, and we're looking for someone who wants to help define what that category looks like to the world.

The Role
We're hiring a Marketing Generalist Intern to be the engine behind our growth machine. You'll own influencer outreach end to end and run the analytics and ops that keep our performance marketing sharp. You'll work directly with the founders, see how a consumer brand is built from the inside, and have real ownership from day one — this is not a "make decks and observe" internship.

What You'll Do

Influencer Outreach
Own the influencer pipeline end to end: find creators who fit Mave, filter for the right ones, reach out, negotiate,



and keep collaborations moving until content goes live.
Marketing Analytics
Track and report on how our marketing is performing: ad metrics, funnel numbers, and creative performance. Turn data into simple takeaways the team can act on.
Performance Marketing Ops
Run the ops behind our paid ads: setting up campaigns, organizing creative assets, monitoring spend, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Who You Are
A student or recent grad who's genuinely curious about how consumer brands grow
Organized and reliable — you can run outreach to 50 creators without dropping a single follow-up
Comfortable with numbers; you can live in a spreadsheet and find the story in the data
High ownership and agency; you don't wait to be told what to do next
Bonus: you spend way too much time on Instagram and Twitter and know what makes content work
