Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Research Engineer to work on advanced AI research and development across LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, Speech AI, and Multimodal AI. The role involves developing and evaluating AI models, experimenting with emerging techniques,



and translating research into high-quality AI solutions.

Your Role Responsibilities And Duties

Conduct applied and exploratory research across AI domains including LLMs, VLMs, Computer Vision, Speech AI, and Multimodal AI.
Design, develop, and evaluate novel AI models, architectures, and learning algorithms.
Research, reproduce, benchmark, and extend state-of-the-art techniques from leading AI research publications.
Translate research papers, concepts, and ideas into high-quality prototypes and production-grade AI systems.
Develop and experiment with next-generation AI models and foundation models.
Design rigorous experiments, evaluate model performance, analyze results, and document technical findings.
Optimize model training and inference through effective memory management, parallel computing, and CPU/GPU acceleration.
Apply techniques such as model compression, quantization, pruning, and knowled
