Role Description This is a full-time Territory Sales Manager role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site visits with some work-from-home flexibility. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within an assigned territory, drive customer acquisition, and develop solid relationships with migrant and underserved customers. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting Swift Money’s services, managing key accounts,



and ensuring excellent customer service and support. The role involves monitoring sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, training and guiding field teams, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes and offerings. The Territory Sales Manager will also be expected to prepare regular sales reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust with diverse customer groups.
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, preferably in financial services or related sectors.
Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and long-term relationship building.
Experience in Training and coaching sales or field teams to achieve targets and maintain service quality.
