We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to help support the Go-to-Market Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions across our business applications. The ideal candidate is a self-driven developer with deep expertise in JavaScript, Python, and contemporary software development practices, capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable, reliable technical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend and frontend applications using Python, JavaScript (Node.js, React, or equivalent),
and other standard programming languages .
System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design application architectures, database models, and secure, high-performing APIs.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, well-tested, and documented code. Actively participate in and lead code reviews, mentor mid-level and junior engineers, and champion engineering standards.
CI/CD & DevOps: Support software deployment pipelines (CI/CD), manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and utilize containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes) to ensure seamless application delivery.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and production bugs.
Integrations: Build and manage integrations between internal systems, third-party applications, and databases to ensure clean data flow and system synchronization.
