We specialize in bridging the gap between complex enterprise systems and seamless user experiences—delivering proactive L2/L3 support, automation, and operational excellence for mission-critical applications across hybrid environments.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution of escalated L2/L3 application issues across web, mobile, and SaaS platforms for enterprise clients.
Design and implement automation scripts (Python/Bash/PowerShell) to reduce MTTR and eliminate repeat incident patterns.
Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to harden application reliability, performance, and monitoring via Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog.
Own SLA compliance for critical systems—conduct root cause analysis (RCA), document knowledge bases, and drive post-mortems for high-severity outages.




Support and mentor junior engineers; establish SOPs, runbooks, and escalation frameworks to scale support operations.
Partner with product and engineering teams to triage production bugs, validate fixes, and ensure seamless deployment rollbacks when needed.
