About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Operations to support our placement and training activities. The employee will assist in coordinating with students, colleges, and companies to facilitate training sessions, placement drives, and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in organizing placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
Coordinate with colleges and students regarding placement opportunities.
Maintain and update student placement records and databases.
Communicate with companies regarding job openings and internship opportunities.
Support in scheduling interviews, training sessions, and assessments.
Help students with basic guidance related to resume preparation and interview process.




Assist in documentation and reporting of placement activities.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, HR, or related field.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
