Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Hatod. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting retail outlets and distributors, presenting Pinchkraft products, and driving order generation and repeat sales.



The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners, monitoring stock levels and visual merchandising, and ensuring compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines. The individual will track territory performance, collect market feedback, and share insights on consumer and retailer preferences with the internal team. The position also involves regular reporting, coordination with supply and accounts teams, and representing the brand professionally in the field.
Qualifications
Proven field sales experience in FMCG or food products, with strong skills in relationship management and territory development.
Ability to identify and onboard recent retail outlets and distributors, and to manage existing accounts for sustainable growth.
Competence in basic sales reporting, route planning, and use of mobile or digital tools for data entry and communication.
