We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer – ServiceNow to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across ServiceNow development, platform customization, integrations, scripting, and solution implementation. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, customize, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Perform hands-on development across ServiceNow platform components, including forms, lists, UI Pages, UI Policies, Client Scripts,



Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, Flow Designer, Catalog Items, and Notifications.
Develop, maintain, and optimize server-side and client-side scripting using JavaScript, Glide API, GlideRecord, and other ServiceNow scripting frameworks.
Design and execute effective data management activities, including data migration, transformation, validation, cleanup, reconciliation, and maintenance.
Query, retrieve, and manipulate platform data using scalable and efficient data access methods.
Perform unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.
Provide production support, defect resolution, performance tuning, and continuous improvement for existing ServiceNow implementations.
