Role Description The Operations Manager role at Machine Point is a full-time position based in Raipur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee daily order processing, inventory coordination, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers. This role will manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, monitor key performance indicators, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.



The Operations Manager will collaborate with sales, customer support, and technology teams to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and maintain high service standards. Additional responsibilities include supervising operations staff, enforcing compliance with company policies, and preparing regular operational reports for leadership.
