We’re Hiring | Manager – School Partnerships & Operations | Delhi NCR

At Henshin Eduserv (Shazam Sports), we’re building something we deeply believe in — making structured sports and physical activity a meaningful part of every child’s education.
As we grow, I’m looking for people to join our School Partnerships & Operations team and work closely with me.

This is not a pure sales role.

You’ll own school relationships end-to-end — from building new partnerships to managing and growing key school accounts, leading the teams of sports coaches deployed across those accounts, ensuring programme delivery, and solving problems on the ground.

The role sits at the intersection of partnerships, account growth, operations and people management.



You will be expected to take ownership of an account beyond winning the business — grow the relationship, identify new opportunities, ensure strong delivery, manage the deployed team and ultimately retain the school.
What are we looking for?
• 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, key account management, client servicing, project management or operations
• Experience in sports operations, sports business, sports academies, sports events, sports development or sports-focused growth will be a strong advantage
• Experience managing clients/accounts as well as teams or multiple stakeholders will be preferred
• Someone comfortable interacting with school leaders and building long-term relationships
• Someone who can take ownership from business development → onboarding → team deployment → execution → account growth → retention
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability
